I must agree with the comments made by Elfriede Hammerl to the outrageous court decision on a violent husband in a 2010 profile in full, because democratic rights is indivisible and must remain so. Where would we go when we could justify any misdeed by extra-legal personality traits? The legal system would be absurd. That there would be no right, but only arbitrary judgments. A murder is a murder, no matter whether the offender is a man or a woman or anything else is. And violence against the weak or dependent is reprehensible, no matter if there are not a motive or. emotion
